Abstract

Successful organizational change can be achieved through the work of both project management and change management. Both practices cover specific components of implementing change, which can be highlighted in various change models. If these practices work together cohesively and communication is strongly emphasized, then the organizational change will be successful and affected employees will be more likely to have positive reactions to the change.
